Moris Saide, Costa Pacifica Restaurants and Bar-B-Cutie

Tell us a little bit about your business.

It is a BBQ franchise originally from Nashville, TN called Bar-B-Cutie, that focus on its old fashioned way of cooking bringing unique ideas in their food and ingredients.

What is your entrepreneurial fuel? Or what keeps your business spirit going?

To transcend, to create and to make a better world than the one we live in.

What is one piece of advice you’d give from your experience of being an entrepreneur?

Always learn from your failures, Rome wasn’t built in a day neither was Tesla, Amazon and all the successful businesses out there… You don’t need to be the wisest person in the room, but you need to have the best networking possible … Stay focused, grounded, humble and happy.

What are your favorite things to do outside of the office?

Spend time with my family

What is on the horizon for you- either in your business or personal life?

Business wise, to establish Bar-B-Cutie brand in Texas as the great Brand that it is today, to expand my Costa Pacifica brand through a franchise model that we have designed.
Personal, to be there for my family and to keep growing in numbers maybe two more babies 🙂

What would you consider your biggest achievement or greatest moment of euphoria in your business?

Is yet to come

What are some goals for yourself in the next ten year?

Business, Open 4 Bar-B-Cuties and 5 More Costa Pacifica.
Personal, to complete my MBA.
Family, to add two more members.

What do you love most about EO? Why would you recommend EO to a fellow entrepreneur?

For many reasons, one of them being the quality of people involved, savvy, connoisseurs, with a background filled with experience not only business wise, but also personal. The authenticity and value it represents. They say that the best thing you could do is surround yourself with bright people, well here is your one stop solution.

What leader, mentor or fellow entrepreneur has been an inspiration for you?

My father, creating a company that feeds more than 4,000 families, with his feet grounded and his mind flying, he is humble, respected and a true visionary.

What are some of your favorite extracurricular activities? Things you do with your family or friends?

When is time for the family I devote myself to them… but when we party (my Wife and Me) we like to party hard and travel and enjoy our present time in this world… I also enjoy sports.
